Options

The options hub for tokenized equities.

Get paid to wait.

The options ladder you already know — with tokenized stocks as the underlying. Written peer-to-peer on an options layer with no intermediary: every position is fully collateralized on-chain before it exists. No margin calls, no liquidation engine, no counterparty. First flow: covered calls on the SPCXSTR treasury's SpaceX.

01 — The ladder

Start where Robinhood taught you. Climb from there.

01

Covered calls

Escrow stock tokens, sell the upside you already planned to take. Premium in, fully collateralized, no margin ever.

02

Secured puts

Escrow cash, get paid to place the bid you already wanted filled. The accumulation leg, with income.

03

Buying calls & puts

Defined-risk exposure to tokenized stocks — your maximum loss is always just the premium you paid.

04

Defined-risk spreads

Verticals, condors, collars. Every structure collateralized at its maximum loss. No liquidations, no counterparty.

02 — Why it's different

Defined risk, defined rules.

Fully collateralized

There is no leverage anywhere in the system. An option that can't pay can't exist — every position escrows its maximum obligation before it's written.

Peer-to-peer

Makers write, takers fill. The protocol escrows and settles — it never takes the other side of your trade.

Physically settled, American

Exercise any time before expiry, and the stock tokens actually change hands. No cash-settlement oracle games.

Fee-free settlement, forever

Exercise and settlement carry no protocol fee, immutably — not a promo, a design decision.

03 — Why the wait

"Done" and "deployed" are different words here.

Options move real collateral, so the contracts stay dark until an independent external audit signs off. The code is finished and 114 tests are green — the deployment date is the audit's to set, not ours. No dates, no countdown.
